Method for providing cooling air and apparatus therefor

The method involves producing cold and hot air flows from which first and second cold and hot sub air flows are formed and mixed to form the first and second temperature-controlled partial air flows for the first and second regions of the motor vehicle. The second sub air flows are fed separately by an auxiliary fan (26) and mixed downstream of the fan to form the second temperature-controlled partial air flow. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a supply device for providing temperature-controlled air for first and second regions in a motor vehicle (b) and an air conditioning system for preparing temperature-controlled air for first and second regions in a motor vehicle.
