Assembly, especially steering wheel cover assembly of a vehicle

The assembly consists of a component part (12) with a through-hole (20) for a tool (22), and a sight guard (24) to cover the through-hole. The sight guard has a fastening section and a at least partially elastic cover section which is movable in relation to the fastening section so that in one position it covers the through-hole and in another position frees it. The fastening section is attached to the component part to stand away from the through-hole and has the tendency to move automatically into the position in which the through-hole is covered.
