Starting device

The internal combustion engine starter device has a drive shaft and a gear wheel carrier (40) connected to the drive shaft by a shape-locking connection. The drive shaft has a shape-locking connector on a section of its length onto which the gear wheel carrier is mounted with its counter shape-locking connector. The axial position of the gear wheel carrier is determined by stops (58,61).
