Load handling apparatus and vehicle including such apparatus

The handling apparatus for the tipper has a lifting handle (6) on the front and a deformable tipping handling arm (9) enabling an emptying position for a load (5) in which a hook (16) engages the lifting handle. The arm is tipped by an actuator (10) around a transverse pivoting axis (17) located in the rear and spaced from an arm longitudinal section (14). The rear pivoting axis is behind and under the chassis side frame. The apparatus frame (8) has an L-shaped section one branch of which covers the side frames whilst the upper part of the second branch is against the rear of the side frames.
