Vehicle roof

The roof structure for an automobile has a roof panel (1), with its longitudinal edges (2) each secured to the longitudinal carriers (3) of the roof frame at the bodywork. The longitudinal edges of the roof panel have a leg (4) of an angle plate (5) durably fixed in place at it, and the other leg (6) is secured to the longitudinal carrier.
