Lock assembly, particularly for a motor vehicle

A safety component can be moved to engage or release the bolt (3) used for locking and unlocking. The component blocks the bolt in the locked state and releases it when in the unlocked state. The component is moved by the drive shaft (10), securing the bolt in its second position.
