Method for producing hollow objects made of thermoplastic material

Formation of a hollow plastic body from an extruded parison of closed section includes cutting the parison before it is molded. A production line includes forming the parison and then making two longitudinal cuts to form two separate sheets. The sheets are separated sufficiently to insert an accessory. The parison is then blow molded so the accessory is integrated into the hollow body.
