Device for fixing a component to a hollow structure

The system for fastening a car door hinge (5) to the outside (2a) of a hollow support column comprises a bolt (6) in the column fitted into aligned bores (2c, 3c) in its inner and outer walls. A section (10) of the bolt which protrudes beyond the outer wall allows the hinge to be fitted.
