[Codex Phone Verification] Problem with receiving Phone Number

I’m following up regarding Case Number: 10886127.
My OpenAI account has been in use for around five years, and the phone number originally associated with this account is no longer active or accessible. Because of this, I’m unable to complete the phone verification that is currently being triggered when I try to sign in to Codex.
I have already enabled the advanced account security settings on my account, including disabling email/SMS verification codes and using a password-based login method instead. However, despite these security settings, Codex is still requiring phone number verification, which I cannot complete because the old phone number is no longer available.
I can still access my ChatGPT account normally, and I can provide additional information to verify ownership of the account, such as my account email, subscription details, billing records, screenshots, or any other information required.
Could you please help me resolve this issue by either removing the phone verification requirement for Codex login or providing another way to verify my account ownership?
