Is there a glitch with Google Play billing triggering automated bans? Account deactivated out of nowhere
I have the same issue, but my account was first deactivated and then the subscription was cancelled. It happened 2-3 days after renewing my Pro subscription through Google Play.
I submitted an appeal more than 2 days ago, a support ticket, no emails back yet and no responses here from support either.

I also use this account for personal use, I was working on a powerpoint presentation before I got banned so I doubt there was any violation of ToS.
I also checked spam and every mail in my inbox and I received no indication that my account was deactivated or that I violated any rule, I only noticed when trying to log back in the account on ChatGPT.
I was expecting more urgency to check the accounts affected by this but so far I’ve been disappointed
