For a paid account, this is not acceptable. If access is restricted, users should at least be given enough information to understand what triggered the action and how to appeal it properly. My account is subscribed through Apple ID, and the paid Pro 20x access is directly affected. I would like OpenAI to clarify: 1. What exact policy category triggered this action? 2. Was this decision made automatically by a detection system? 3. What activity was considered suspicious? 4. If this is a false positive, when will my ChatGPT Pro 20x access be restored? 5.
