Windows desktop app's sidebar icons vanish, conversations empty, and login button does nothing after logout (browser works fine)

The same issue is occurring. Just before and after it stopped working, I put the PC into sleep mode once. When I woke it from sleep, any chat wasn’t displayed, and it stopped responding even when I sent messages. Thinking it might be a session issue, I tried logging out, but there was no response already. Afterwards, when I reinstalled the application, it ended up in exactly the same state. There is no response even when I click the login button. I tried repairing or resetting it via Windows Settings → Apps → ChatGPT, but this did not resolve the issue. I tried reinstalling it more once, but the situation remained unchanged.
