I suspect OpenAI compromised my Visa card information

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge that was made to my bank card by OpenAI. I recently noticed a transaction of 522,500 VND (approximately 530,317 VND after conversion) with the description “OPENAI *CHATGPT SUBSCR” on my card statement dated June 24, 2026.

However, I would like to confirm that I have not used ChatGPT services, subscribed to any paid plan, or authorized any payment from my account. I am concerned that my card information may have been used without my permission or that there may have been an error in the billing system.

I kindly request that you investigate this transaction, provide details about the account or subscription associated with this payment, and process a refund if the charge was made incorrectly.
