Dear OpenAI Support Team,
I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my account. When attempting to log in, I received the following message:
“Your account has been deleted or deactivated.”

I would like to sincerely state that I have never violated OpenAI’s usage policies or Terms of Service. My account was used solely by myself, and all credits were purchased and consumed personally using gift cards. I have not engaged in any form of API abuse, reselling, or unauthorized use.
I had only been using the service for about one week when my account was deactivated in the second week, just as I was preparing to top up again. I am currently working on a critical company project that depends on this account, and this sudden suspension has seriously disrupted my work and caused significant delays to an important business deliverable.
I am a law-abiding user and believe this deactivation may have been made in error. The sudden removal of my account without prior notice or explanation feels deeply unfair, especially given that I have been a paying customer who has always respected the platform’s guidelines.
I kindly request that you:
1. Review my account activity and confirm there was no policy violation on my part.
2. Reinstate my account access as soon as possible.
3. If any specific issue was identified, please inform me so I can address it accordingly.
