Paid today but Account still showing Free Plan

Ah okay, that’s unfortunate.

Just to confirm: when you open your profile and check Subscription , does it still show the Free plan rather than Plus?

If it does, I’d recommend contacting OpenAI Support so they can investigate the payment and account privately.
