Thank you for your response.

My case number is 08821545.

I purchased a ChatGPT subscription through Google Play, and the order details are as follows:

Order number: GPA.3313-4464-1470-09339

Order date: May 13, 2026, 5:20:58 PM GMT+8

Amount paid: $156

Platform: Google Play

However, after the payment was completed, my ChatGPT account still shows the Plus plan and has not been upgraded to the Pro plan. I have not received the Pro subscription benefits that I paid for.

Google Play has now informed me that the subscription will be canceled on June 9, 2026 , and that no refund will be issued. Since I paid for ChatGPT Pro but the Pro plan was never activated on my account, I would like to request a manual review.

Could you please help check whether this subscription was correctly applied to my ChatGPT account? If the Pro plan cannot be activated, please help coordinate a refund or advise me on the next steps.

I can provide screenshots of the Google Play order, payment confirmation, and my current ChatGPT subscription page if needed.
