Have you tried signing out completely and then signing back in using the exact same ChatGPT account and login method used for the purchase? It may also be useful to check both the web version and the app, if you use both and restart the app before checking again. Also, please in the future don’t post your email address, UPI ID and transaction reference, since this is a public forum. This part is now been taken care of, to protect you. If the account still shows Free after waiting and signing back in, as mentioned above, you’ll likely need to contact OpenAI Support with the payment details privately. Either through the help link above or email them: support@openai.com
