Chat sidebar scrolling triggers rate limits

I have a ton of chats and i am trying to manage them, but by just scrolling down the titels in the sidebar i get keeping hit with this: You’re making requests too quickly. We’ve temporarily limited access to your conversations to protect your data. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.
