Chat sidebar scrolling triggers rate limits

A few details that could help narrow it down in case this is still happening: * Are you seeing it on the web, in the desktop/mobile app or both? * Which browser or app version are you using? * Does it happen every time you scroll the chat sidebar or only after reaching older conversations? * Does scrolling slowly versus quickly make any difference? * Does the warning disappear after waiting a few minutes or does it return immediately when you start scrolling again? * Have you tried another browser or a private/incognito window? The exact wording seems to me like access to the conversation history is being temporarily throttled, so knowing where and how consistently it reproduces would be useful.
