Active ChatGPT Plus account cannot use Codex

If I remember right, some caching was involved introduced by IDE (jetbrains) as initial installation was done following their docs via their UI. To uninstall I had to manually clean all files related to codex and install it fresh from command line (following open AI tutorial). Also the installation was done on plus account originally. Then when updated to pro lite, I had an issue with limits. Another full reinstallation after upgrading to pro fixed those as well. Personally I suspect something in my machine configs rather than on codex side (I’m on windows)
