Thank you, but I think there may be a misunderstanding.I provided the previous case number because the current issue appears to be directly related to the account and workspace changes that were made during that case.I understand that the old case is closed. However, before I open yet another support request, I would appreciate it if someone could review the account history associated with that case and explain what changed between then and now.Two months ago, changes were made to restore access to my chats and account. Since then, everything worked normally until I suddenly lost ChatGPT access and was informed that I now have a Codex-only license.I did not request any seat change, workspace change, or license change. Therefore, I am trying to determine whether the current issue is related to the modifications made during the previous account recovery process.Could you please confirm whether my current workspace configuration, seat type, or account status differs from the configuration that existed immediately after the previous case was resolved?I am looking for a specific explanation of what changed, rather than general troubleshooting guidance.Thank you.
