Hello,
The previous case ID is: Case Number: 07067025 and 09895075 and it is already closed.
The current issue is a continuation of the same problem:
- I lost ChatGPT access and was moved to a Codex-only license in my workspace without any changes on my side.
The reason I am referencing the old case is because the account changes that led to this issue were made during that support interaction.
Could you please either:
Re-open the previous case Case Number: 07067025 and 09895075, or
Link this new thread to the previous case history internally
so the investigation can continue with full context?
