Active ChatGPT Plus account cannot use Codex

Thanks for sharing the details, @bugrasozer. Since your Plus subscription is active, quota remains available, and the issue occurs in brand-new Codex chats, this does sound more like an account entitlement/sync issue than an actual usage limit.
Also appreciate the report from @AtomicCookie. If you're seeing the same behavior with an active Plus subscription, it may be related.
Could you both open a ticket at support@openai.com and include:
- The account email affected
- Screenshots of the error
- A screenshot of your usage page
Once you receive a case ID , please post it here so the team can help monitor and troubleshoot if needed.
