Active ChatGPT Plus account cannot use Codex

Subject: Active ChatGPT Plus account cannot use Codex My ChatGPT Plus subscription is active and paid (renewal Jul 7, 2026). ChatGPT works normally, but Codex rejects every prompt immediately with: “You’ve hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Plus to continue using Codex, or try again at Jul 7th, 2026 12:35 AM.” My Codex usage page shows: * 99% left for the 5-hour limit * 100% left for the weekly limit I have already: * Logged out of all sessions * Cleared cookies and site data * Used an incognito window * Signed back in * Verified that Plus is active The issue occurs on brand-new Codex conversations at chatgpt.com/codex. This appears to be an entitlement/account synchronization issue rather than an actual usage limit.
