Can not verify by phone number in Vietnam

I am also experiencing the same issue here in Vietnam. In my case, there is no explicit error message on the screen—the system indicates that the code has been sent, but the SMS never actually arrives on my phone.

Here are my details:

• Country: Vietnam

• Carrier: Wintel (using +845598 prefix)

• Flow/Product: Codex CLI

• Issue: No SMS received (no error message displayed on UI, code is sent successfully but never delivered to the device).

It seems to be a carrier-specific routing or delivery failure, especially since Wintel is a virtual network operator (MVNO) in Vietnam. I hope the OpenAI team or the gateway provider can look into this SMS delivery issue soon.
