In my case, there is no explicit error message on the screen—the system indicates that the code has been sent, but the SMS never actually arrives on my phone.\n\nHere are my details:\n\n- ****Country:**** Vietnam\n\n- ****Carrier:**** Wintel (using +845598 prefix)\n\n- ****Flow/Product:**** Codex CLI\n\n- ****Issue:**** No SMS received (no error message displayed on UI, code is sent successfully but never delivered to the device).\n\nIt seems to be a carrier-specific routing or delivery failure, especially since Wintel is a virtual network operator (MVNO) in Vietnam. I hope the OpenAI team or the gateway provider can look into this SMS delivery issue soon.\n\nThanks!",
