Can not verify by phone number in Vietnam

I’m not an OpenAI employee, just an another user on the community. And that’s why, unfortunately I don’t have any more updates regarding this issue.

That said, since there seem to be more users reporting the same phone verification issue, maybe @OpenAI_Support can give more information or direction here if they’re able to.
