Can I upgrade individual users in my Teams Account to ChatGPT Pro?

Is upgrading individual Business users to a higher ChatGPT subscription level (e.g. Pro 5x) something that would be possible now, given that there are already two seat subscription types available for users in a Business account? We’ve currently got the option of either the PAYG Codex seat or the $25/mo ChatGPT seat. It doesn’t seem like a stretch to offer a higher-cost Pro seat under the Business plan, like Anthropic does currently.
