Can I upgrade individual users in my Teams Account to ChatGPT Pro?

I actually think Open AI should allow free users to join but with the data security of the team plan a smaller monthly charge where they get free tier usage and limits but can see the company projects and GPTs and data mining not allowed unless permitted as per the team plan. Another simple goldmine opportunity. Enterprise is just too expensive for smaller businesses and provide so many unnecessary features a small business would never use plus the minimum license count!
