Can I upgrade individual users in my Teams Account to ChatGPT Pro?

Absolutely agree and this makes financial sense for OpenAI, Teams plans are for smaller businesses that do not need enterprise level and will never pay for it. However most small businesses will have a power user. They should provide a subscription tier for Standard Team Users and Power Teams users and allow the Admin to select which assigned member has the power user license. Could even be a top up license. Power user in effect a pro level licence allow infinite Agent and deep research like the pro plan but in the collaborative workspace so chat results can be in shared projects and use company GPTs etc. This is easy money for Open AI and it would not surprise me if the uptake in “Power User” license would be huge. The enterprise plan is a whole different beast and should be treated as such. Open AI will not loose enterprise users to Power users if they add similar functionality to top up enterprise users to a “Power Enterprise” user as well. Come on Open AI get it sorted
