Billing exceeded and error: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details

Welcome to the community @Strickles2000 and thanks for the update. Also appreciate @LarisaHaster sharing the billing/settings checks earlier. Since you’ve already verified the limits/org setup and Support escalated it as a possible backend billing issue, this probably isn’t something you can fix client-side at this point. The negative balance + quota lock state seems to occasionally get “stuck” even after funds are added. If you have a case ID, feel free to share it here and I can help monitor for updates/escalation movement. -Mark G.
