Also appreciate @LarisaHaster sharing the billing/settings checks earlier.\n\nSince you’ve already verified the limits/org setup and Support escalated it as a possible backend billing issue, this probably isn’t something you can fix client-side at this point. The negative balance + quota lock state seems to occasionally get “stuck” even after funds are added.\n\nIf you have a case ID, feel free to share it here and I can help monitor for updates/escalation movement.\n\n-Mark G.",
