"Individual verification is not complete" when submitting an app, but it is complete

Hi Larisa, so when I click on the link which is included for verification in the error, it takes me to the page where it says I’m verified. If I try to change the “Developer” to actually my verified name, the same error shows, so I guess I need to open a ticket.
