App submission blocked despite approved verification

Hi everyone, I’m trying to resubmit my ChatGPT app after a previous rejection, but the submission form is blocking me with this error: “Individual verification is not complete. Please verify as a business before submitting.” The confusing part is that my Organization Settings already show verification as approved. Under Verifications, I can see: * Individual: Approved * Business: Stars In Hands Gift Studio is preverified for app submission, Approved In the app submission form, I selected Business, and the Developer field matches the verified organization name exactly: Stars In Hands Gift Studio. There is no option on the verification page to reverify or refresh the verification status. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a way to refresh the app submission verification state, or should I create a new app submission/version under the same verified organization? Thanks.
