Newly created Skills appear in UI but are unavailable in chat/runtime

Thanks for sharing. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this as well, it’s somewhat comforting to know I’m not the only one with the issue. I’m not having much luck with support either at the moment. It’s been over a week and they keep asking me the same questions and at this point failing to escalate to the engineering team which is quite frustrating. I’ll share with them that other people are experiencing this and hopefully we can escalate it. However, it’s certainly worth logging a support ticket yourself too as this may help resolve the issue.
