ChatGPT App Submission form keeps showing “This is a required field”

I’m trying to submit my ChatGPT app through the OpenAI submission site, but I believe there is a bug in the submission form.

I filled out all required fields manually and also uploaded my chatgpt-app-submission.json file. However, when I try to submit the form, the site keeps showing the error:

I am sure all required fields are filled in, and I have double-checked the form multiple times. This appears to be a validation bug on the submission site.

Could someone from the OpenAI team please help check this issue or let me know if there is a workaround?
