Can't delete chats / Nothing happens when trying to delete

Hi guys, I have exactly the same issue. One specific chat cannot be deleted at all. When I click “Delete”, nothing happens and the conversation stays in the sidebar after refresh. The issue occurs across multiple clients: * ChatGPT web * Windows 11 app * Android app Things I already tried: * logging out and back in * reinstalling the app * clearing browser cache/cookies * different browsers * deleting directly from sidebar and from inside the chat * archiving and then deleting * hard refresh / restarting app The conversation still reappears after refresh and syncs across devices. Looks like a backend sync/database issue with a stuck conversation record.
