  "textContent": "Hi guys, I have exactly the same issue.\n\nOne specific chat cannot be deleted at all.\nWhen I click “Delete”, nothing happens and the conversation stays in the sidebar after refresh.\n\nThe issue occurs across multiple clients:\n\n  * ChatGPT web\n  * Windows 11 app\n  * Android app\n\n\n\nThings I already tried:\n\n  * logging out and back in\n  * reinstalling the app\n  * clearing browser cache/cookies\n  * different browsers\n  * deleting directly from sidebar and from inside the chat\n  * archiving and then deleting\n  * hard refresh / restarting app\n\n\n\nThe conversation still reappears after refresh and syncs across devices.\n\nLooks like a backend sync/database issue with a stuck conversation record.",
