Just trying to help report errors

Yeah, the error message is pretty misleading There’s actually no direct “report form” on the help page they link to.

You usually have to go through the support chat widget on the bottom-right of the OpenAI Help Center and submit the request ID there. Include:

• the request ID

• the exact prompt

• which model you used (gpt-image-2)

• why you think it was a false positive

Definitely feels like they should link straight to a proper report form though.
