Just trying to help report errors

Ok so I’m new to the OpenAI API, but on my 3rd image generation request using gpt-image-2 , I got this error: Your request was rejected by the safety system. If you believe this is an error, contact us at help.openai.com and include the request ID ######## Believing an error has happened, I went to the URL provided, ready file my report in the hopes of helping OpenAI improve their newly released model API. But where to I file my report? There’s no form, no links to a form, nothing useful.
