  "textContent": "Yeah, the error message is pretty misleading\nThere’s actually no direct “report form” on the help page they link to.\n\nYou usually have to go through the support chat widget on the bottom-right of the OpenAI Help Center and submit the request ID there. Include:\n\n  * the request ID\n\n  * the exact prompt\n\n  * which model you used (`gpt-image-2`)\n\n  * why you think it was a false positive\n\n\n\n\nDefinitely feels like they should link straight to a proper report form though.",
