Codex becomes unstable and constantly disconnects after “2x capacity until May 30” rollout despite only 50% usage

I am having the exact same problem. CONSTANT reconnects. 50% of my WEEKLY usage was burned overnight on looping and reconnects without fixing much of anything. Very disappointing. “stream disconnected before completion: Transport error: network error: error decoding response body” That’s the disconnect error
