Codex becomes unstable and constantly disconnects after “2x capacity until May 30” rollout despite only 50% usage

Welcome to the forum @John8514 Yeah, that definitely doesn’t sound expected, especially if it’s happening on fresh chats and at only ~50% usage. A few people have reported similar issues recently, but this probably needs account-level investigation. I’d recommend opening a support ticket so the team can check the logs on their side. Once you’ve created the ticket, feel free to share the case ID here as well and we can take a look internally. ~Smith
