"Unable to load conversation" – support isn't helpful, error has been going on for over a month now

That usually points away from a local setup problem. Right now there’s already a pending case being reviewed by the engineering team, so it hasn’t been dismissed or closed out. One thing that would help narrow it down a bit more for others following this thread: * Does this happen mostly with conversations tied to a specific model? * Are the affected chats generally very long / media-heavy threads, or does it happen even on shorter ones?
