That usually points away from a local setup problem.\n\nRight now there’s already a pending case being reviewed by the engineering team, so it hasn’t been dismissed or closed out. We don’t have a timeline to share yet, but we’ll update here if there’s movement or a confirmed fix.\n\nOne thing that would help narrow it down a bit more for others following this thread:\n\n * Does this happen mostly with conversations tied to a specific model?\n * Are the affected chats generally very long / media-heavy threads, or does it happen even on shorter ones?\n\n\n\nA few people have reported similar behavior where older or longer chats intermittently fail to load across both web and mobile, so this doesn’t seem isolated.\n\n-Mark G.",
