"Unable to load conversation" - error

Hi @syedali, Given that conversations aren’t loading on both web and mobile, this seems less likely to be related to the free plan. Issues like this can sometimes happen for a few different reasons - for example, longer or more complex conversations, or temporary loading issues. A couple of quick things you could try: * Start a new chat and see if the issue happens there as well * Check if the problem is consistent across all conversations or only specific ones If you can share a bit more detail on when it happens, that might help narrow it down too. ~SD
