Is OpenAI Support entirely run by bots? Extremely frustrated with Ticket #07716552

Even regarding the points I have already clearly answered, Armando just copy-and-pastes the exact same message to ask me again. Is Armando trying to get into a power struggle with me? Is it really an appropriate attitude for customer support to try and win an ego battle against a customer?
