My custom app connectors have disapeard
In reviewing the earlier related topic that OpenAI closed, OpenAI Support noted:
Could you please go ahead and create a support ticket for this? When you do, it would really help if you can include:
- The email address associated with your workspace
- A HAR file capturing the issue (this helps us investigate at the account level)
Once that’s done, just share the case ID with us here so we can track this.
Note: I do not work for OpenAI, but from what I have seen, opening a support ticket and then posting the case ID here can help. It gives OpenAI Support a concrete reference point and account-level details they can investigate.
To create a support ticket:

In the lower-right corner, click the support/chat icon:
Submit a support request.
That is as far as I can give step-by-step instructions, since I have not had to do this myself for a real issue.
Once you have the support ticket number or case ID, please post it here so OpenAI Support has something specific to reference.
