I think problem is that station entrances are on same side as approaching vehicles are. station is on the right side and incoming trucks are also on the right side of the road, this means they can't take over each other.

If the station would be on the bottom side this would not be problem.

Although it shouldn't happen, probably trucks in stations block other trucks.
