Sorro to reply post-locking but I think this needs to be said...

I'd like to remind everyone that this forum's support is both voluntarily provided and community focused. This means that if you ask a question, then you shouldn't demand a lead dev him/herself answer it and counting anyone else's answers invalid, with only very rare exceptions regarding e.g. product direction that simply aren't known. Having that attitude is outright disrespectful to community members who take their time to try and help you. And yes, this being unpaid for anyone around here, and for many being a hobby or side gig or just free time effort means you also have to be patient in many cases unless it's something you can easily find yourself on the forum or websites which you should absolutely use as a user.

If you want corporate same-day 1:1 support responses, then you are in the wrong place.
